Demonstrates the disposition for life-long learning and continuous professional development

• In my 6600 (Learning Design and Technology Seminar), the reflective essay allowed me to express my interests in this field and the goal of a life-long learning process.  While working on my reflection, Dr. Sunnie Watson shared how we should consider "unbundling the education process," (Watson, S. Video). In order to allow life-long learning, and continual professional development, I considered this statement and allows for a unique learning experience. 

• This reflection also challenged me to think about my future within the realm of non-profit organizations or a corporate environment. Both have benefits and challenges, I have found you can thrive in either as long as you continually strive for growth. One other resource researched was the Association for Talent Development website, and the ability to find open positions in the field.
